1. Wear isolation clothing
1. 1 Lift the collar with the right hand, put the left hand into the sleeve, and pull the collar up with the right hand to expose the left hand;
1. 2 Change the collar of the left hand, put the right hand into the sleeve, expose the right hand, and do not touch the west;
1.3 Hold the collar with both hands, and fasten the neck strap from the center of the collar to the back along the edge;
1.4 Tie the cuffs again;
1.5 Gradually pull one side of the isolation gown (about 5cm below the waist) forward until you see the edge pinched;
1. 6 Pinch the edge of the other side in the same way;
1. 7 Align the hem of the garment with both hands behind your back;
1. 8 Fold it to one side, hold the fold with one hand, and pull the waistband to the fold with the other hand;
1. 9 Cross the belt at the back and go back to the front to fasten the belt.
2. Take off the isolation gown
2.1 Untie the belt and tie a slipknot in the front;
2.2 Untie the cuff, stuff it into the cuff, fully expose the hands, and perform hand disinfection;
2. 3 Untie the back strap of the neck;
2. 4 Put the right hand into the sleeve of the left wrist and pull down the sleeve to pass;
2.5 Hold the outside of the sleeve of the right isolation gown with the covered left hand and pull the right sleeve;
2. 6 Switch hands and gradually withdraw from the sleeve tube, take off the isolation gown;
2.7 Hold the collar with the left hand, align the two sides of the isolation gown with the right hand, and hang the contaminated area outwards with the contaminated surface; if it is hung outside the contaminated area, the contaminated surface is inward.
2.8 When not in use, take off the isolation gown with the contaminated side facing inward, roll it into a package, and throw it into a medical waste container or put it in a recycling bag.
